Our apartment is in a brand new development in the largest beach resort in Bulgaria. It is luxuriously furnished with all necessities for a fun vacation. The beach is only 15 minutes away. A large balcony overlooks the pool of the complex.

This is a spacious apartment with a livingroom/kitchen area opening up to a large balcony. The balcony has a nice view on the pool. The apartment is in a relatively small complex completed in September 2006, so everything is brand new. In addition to the pool, the complex has a restaurant/bistro, a convenience store, and 24 hour security.

The complex was build according to the requirements for a 3-star hotel and has tourist categorization by the Bulgarian government. In addition, our apartment was furnished using the official list of Thomas Cook for all items that a property should have in order to be rented out. You can be assured that the apartment has everything offered by 3-star hotels and properties offered by touroperators. However, the price is lower since we don’t have to pay commissions to the touroperators and can offer a better price.  

There is a 24 hour security in the complex (although one does not really need security as crime is very low). Furthermore, there is a property manager who lives with his family in the complex so you have a place to go to ask questions about the apartment or about places to visit around Sunny Beach.  

The beach is only 15 minutes away by foot walking among pleasant rows of shops and restaurants. Public transportation can take you to the historic town of Nessebar in only 10 minutes. There are also numerous opportunities to travel in organized tours to cultural and natural destinations in Bulgaria. One can even go on a 2 or 3 day trip to Istanbul.

To get to the apartment you can fly into the airport of Bourgas which receives numerous flights from all over Europe. A cab can take you from the airport to the complex in about 30 minutes (and it cost about 30 euro). There is 24 hour staff in the complex to give you the key to the apartment.
